STREE SEVA - Women’s Empowerment & Upliftment

EK- Support for Special Needs Parents

We support women facing social isolation, financial hardship, domestic violence, or unemployment by offering:
• Employment Readiness Workshops: CV writing, interview preparation, job search guidance
• Skills & Vocational Training: Especially tailored for the UK care sector and other community service roles
• Mental Health & Well-being Support: Access to group therapy, mindfulness sessions, and counselling support
• Confidence-Building Activities: Group outings, art therapy, yoga, and personal development events

We believe in nurturing every woman’s journey to independence and self-worth.

EK (meaning “One”) is our nationwide support group for parents and carers of children with additional needs. We understand the emotional, cultural, and systemic challenges families face—and we’re here to help.

• Peer mentoring, resources, and emotional support
• Online meet-ups, information sessions, and expert Q&As

SILVER CIRCLE - Over 65s Club

Loneliness affects too many of our elders. Silver Circle is our vibrant, welcoming club for people aged 65 and above, designed to promote:
• Friendship & Socialising: Tea mornings, games, group walks, storytelling sessions
• Health & Wellness: Chair yoga, gentle movement, health awareness sessions
• Skill Sharing & Creativity: Arts, crafts, cooking clubs, and cultural exchanges

We celebrate the wisdom of age and ensure our elders feel valued, active, and cared for.

HIRE4CARE - Empowering Women in Care Sector

Hire4Care is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering women and would extend beyond women from Asian and minority backgrounds—who face challenges such as domestic violence, isolation, unemployment, and financial hardship. Our mission is to provide women with tailored training and support to gain employment in the care sector, addressing both their personal needs and the national shortage of care workers in the UK.
